‘‘Gwlad Rhydd a mynydd I mi’’
Formed during the springtime transition along the meandering lanes and less frequented pathways of Gwalia deserta, Cymru Randonneurs is an organisation that combines our passion for audax and long distance cycling with fellow randonneurs to enjoy our collective audacious cycling endeavours in the parish and abroad.

401km cycling event starting from Chepstow. Controls at Hay On Wye, Tregaron, New Quay, Llangattock and Chepstow., plus 2 information controls.
The longest established Clasic Welsh brevet, traversing Wales West then East. Good commercial controls used as far as 296km.
Rest control at 341km. Probably the longest running 400 currently on the calendar. An iconic venture through the prettiest parts of Wales.

a flat ride out to bath . through the tunnels twice then over some lumpyness to Yate and a free ride home. 200km

Straightforward route out to Malmesbury via Warmley.

Mr. Pickwick's Cymraeg Cyrch
Spend a day on a raid into the Brecon Beacons - ideal for winter training ride. Only one (optional) hill & a few rises. Good controls used throughout. Varied terrain - all easily ridden on road bike.

105km cycling event starting from Tongwynlais, Cardiff. Controls at Top House, Trefil (Pub) and Fagins (Pub), Taffs Well., plus 4 information controls.
Beautifully scenic tour of the Glamorgan Valleys - from Cardiff to above Trefil (where Aneurin Bevan's ashes are scattered) and back. Eight major climbs (total 2163m), only 105k but feels like 200!

KYMIN ROUND THE MOUNTAIN 200KM
RIDING FROM THE KYMIN IN PENARTH TO THE ORIGINAL KYMIN TO SEE THE SUBLIME VIEWS OVER MONMOUTH TOWN. THEN BACK TO BASE VIA TGHE MIGHT NORTH FACE OF THE MOUNTAIN ABOVE llangynidr AND MEANDERING BACK DOWN THROUGH THE RHONDDA TO CARDIFF.

A challenging old ride up some of the major climbs in S Wales. Risca, the British pit, Blaenafon, Brynmawr, over to Llangynidr, Brecon Beacons, Rhigos, Bwlch, Maesteg. Beautiful scenery, nearly all quiet roads.
